7:00-10:00 pm Networking event, dinner & drinks

October 27 – Workshop at Roosevelt Hotel

8:30-9.00 am Registration and coffee

9:00-9:15 am Welcome by Hege V. Barnes, President of Scandinavian Tourism, Inc

9:15 -12:00 pm One-on-one meetings begin (15 minute sessions)

12:00-1:15 pm Lunch

1:15-3:00 pm One-on-one meetings commence

3:00-3:15 pm Coffee break

3:15-5:00 pm One-on-one meetings commence

5:00-6:00 pm Cocktail reception

Hotel
The venue for the workshop is the historical Roosevelt Hotel, in New York, located on Madison Ave, at 45th street, very close to Grand Central Station.
We will be happy to make the room reservation for you at The Roosevelt Hotel. Please just let us know how many nights you wish to stay (your arrival and departure date).We have negotiated a special offer for you of $299 + taxes per night. You will be responsible for paying this upon check-out. This special rate is honored 2 days pre & post meeting date.
