October 27 – Workshop at Roosevelt Hotel

9:00-9:15 am Welcome by Hege V. Barnes, President of Scandinavian Tourism, Inc
 
9:15 -12:00 pm One-on-one meetings begin (15 minute sessions)
 
12:00-1:15 pm Lunch
 
1:15-3:00 pm One-on-one meetings commence

3:00-3:15 pm Coffee break
 
3:15-5:00 pm One-on-one meetings commence

5:00-6:00 pm Cocktail reception

Hotel

The venue for the workshop is the historical Roosevelt Hotel, in New York, located on Madison Ave, at 45th street, very close to Grand Central Station.
We will book your room upon registering for the workshop and cover the cost for one night (October 26th). However if you have any questions or concerns regarding your stay in New York, or need to stay another night, please contact Annette Tveit at Annette.tveit@innovationnorway.no or call 212 885 9700.
If you would like to stay more than one night, we can book that for you but you would have to pay for that night(s) yourself upon checking out of the hotel. A special group rate of USD 299 + taxes is honored 2 days pre & post meeting date.

Check-in starts at 4pm, and check-out is at noon. If you arrive in New York earlier please advise Annette Tveit annette.tveit@innovationnorway.no and we will see what we can do for you.
